Senior Director, Client Services B2B – Remote
WPROMOTE is scaling its enterprise‑level client services function, and we need a visionary leader to own the end‑to‑end experience for our B2B partners. In this role you will shape strategy, drive operational excellence, and champion client success across a portfolio of high‑growth digital marketing accounts. Your decisions directly influence revenue retention, upsell velocity, and brand reputation, positioning WPROMOTE as the go‑to partner in the competitive SaaS advertising space. Reporting to the VP of Global Services, you will lead a distributed team of account managers, solutions engineers, and support specialists, with a clear path to expand into a C‑suite leadership track as the business scales internationally.
Key Responsibilities & Skills
- Design and execute a client‑centric service model that boosts Net Promoter Score (NPS) by 20% YoY.
- Lead cross‑functional initiatives with Product, Sales, and Marketing to translate client feedback into roadmap enhancements.
- Mentor and grow a high‑performing remote team, establishing KPIs, coaching plans, and career ladders.
- Oversee contract negotiations, SLA compliance, and renewal strategies for enterprise accounts valued at $10M+ annually.
- Leverage data analytics and CRM tools (Salesforce, Gainsight) to forecast churn, identify expansion opportunities, and report insights to executive leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement using Lean and Agile methodologies, streamlining processes to reduce response time by 30%.
