- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation, ensuring a seamless hand‑off to the Customer Success team.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecast pipeline health and report weekly performance metrics to the Sales Manager.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Data Science to refine outreach scripts, share market insights and influence product road‑maps.
- Mentor junior sales colleagues, sharing best practices in cold calling, objection handling and data‑driven prospecting.
