Roo is seeking a results‑driven Senior Growth Marketing Manager to spearhead data‑centric acquisition, activation, and retention strategies for our rapidly scaling remote platform. In this role you will own the full funnel—from paid media and SEO to lifecycle automation—turning insights into revenue‑generating campaigns that shape the future of remote work. Your work directly fuels Roo’s market expansion, amplifying brand presence across global talent pools while positioning the company as the go‑to destination for high‑impact remote opportunities. As a senior leader, you will influence product‑marketing roadmaps, mentor a cross‑functional growth squad, and chart a clear path for personal advancement into head of growth or VP‑level responsibilities as the organization scales.

- Design, execute, and optimize multi‑channel acquisition programs (paid, owned, earned) that achieve CAC targets and drive sustainable LTV growth.
- Lead A/B testing, cohort analysis, and predictive modeling to surface actionable insights and iterate quickly.
- Build and refine automated nurture flows, segmentation strategies, and retention loops using CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Braze, Segment).
- Collaborate with product, data science, and content teams to align messaging, develop growth experiments, and integrate analytics dashboards.
- Manage a budget of $2M+ annually, allocating spend across paid search, programmatic display, social, affiliate, and partnership channels.
- Mentor junior marketers, fostering a culture of curiosity, rigor, and continuous learning.
- Report performance metrics and strategic recommendations to the VP of Marketing and executive leadership.
