- Partner with legal, compensation, and learning & development teams to craft competitive total‑reward packages and learning pathways.
- Coach managers and leaders on effective people‑management practices, conflict resolution, and inclusive leadership.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion programs, embedding DEI principles into every HR process.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, handling complex cases with confidentiality and professionalism.
You will report directly to the Chief People Officer and collaborate with a high‑performing, globally dispersed HR team that values agility, transparency, and continuous improvement. Day‑to‑day you will balance strategic projects with hands‑on partnership, using advanced HRIS tools, data analytics, and industry‑leading best practices to deliver measurable results.
